6|7 LifeOS Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
6ix 7even Safety Services LLC (“we”) operates 6|7 LifeOS, a personal AI assistant that helps you manage email, calendar, tasks and plans. This policy explains what data we access, why, and the control you keep.
What we access
- Account information: your name, email address and profile photo from your sign-in provider.
- Gmail (only if you connect it): message metadata (sender, recipients, subject, date) and message content, read to classify, summarize and draft replies.
- Google Calendar (only if you connect it): your events, attendees and availability.
- Information you enter: tasks, preferences, notes, important dates and Private Vault items.
- Device and usage data: device type, app version, crash logs, and an audit log of actions the assistant takes for you.
How we use it
Only to provide features you see in the app: inbox prioritization, summaries, draft replies, follow-up reminders, scheduling, meeting briefs, daily briefings and date planning. The assistant sends email or changes your calendar only after you approve each action, unless you have turned on automatic handling for a specific low-risk action type.
What we store and for how long
- We store email metadata and short AI-generated summaries. We do not permanently store the full text of your emails; content is fetched from Gmail when needed and kept in an encrypted cache for no more than 24 hours.
- Calendar event details are stored while your calendar is connected.
- Tasks, preferences and audit logs are kept until you delete them or your account.
- When you disconnect a Google account, we delete data obtained from it within 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete all your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run the app for us (cloud hosting, database, push notifications, and AI model providers that process requests on our behalf under contracts that prohibit them from training on or retaining your data), or when required by law.
Google API Services Limited Use disclosure
6|7 LifeOS’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the app.
- We transfer it to others only as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use or transfer it for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based ads.
- We do not allow humans to read it unless you give affirmative agreement for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
- We do not use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are kept in a separate secure vault. Private Vault items use a separate encryption key and require biometric or PIN unlock. Every action the assistant takes is logged, and you can review that log in the app.
Your choices
You can view and delete stored preferences, revoke Google access in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, export your data, turn on Lockdown to stop all automated actions, and delete your account at any time.
Children
6|7 LifeOS is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we use Google data, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using data in the new way.
